1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Storyweaver ("the Service"), operated by More Than a Demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to create AI-illustrated storybooks for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload and generate. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Storyweaver offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $19/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

You retain ownership of all original text and content you upload to Storyweaver. More Than a Demo retains rights to the Storyweaver platform and its underlying technology.

Illustrations generated by Storyweaver are created using enterprise-grade AI image generation infrastructure. You and your end-users have full rights to use generated images for commercial purposes — including the right to print, publish, and sell books containing these illustrations. No additional royalties or restrictions apply from our side regarding monetization of generated images.

Note: Under current copyright law in most jurisdictions (including the United States), purely AI-generated images without sufficient human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection. We recommend consulting a legal professional if copyright ownership of the illustrations is important to your use case.

Your license to use illustrations generated through your Storyweaver account:

  • Free plan: Personal, educational, and commercial use. If you publish or share your illustrated storybook publicly, you must include the attribution: "Illustrations created with Storyweaver AI."
  • Pro plan: Personal, educational, and commercial use in published storybooks (print or digital) — no attribution required.

AI-generated illustrations should be disclosed as AI-created when submitting to publishers, contests, or platforms that require disclosure of AI content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. More Than a Demo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
